We’re here to help! You can contact Fred directly for questions about products, orders, pricing, or general dealer support. For technical service and warranty claims, please use our Service Portal to submit and track your requests.
Where can I find marketing materials for Vectra products?

How can I check product availability and delivery times?
You will soon be able to check availability in real time right from this page, but in the meantime, contact us to confirm current availability before placing your order. Products ship from our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse, typically within 3 business days when in stock, and generally within one week.
How do I place my first order?
Getting started is easy! Simply send us your purchase order and choose your preferred payment terms: Net 30 or Prepay. No special ordering forms are required.
New dealers may also qualify for an additional 5% discount on their opening order. Contact Fred for details.
What pricing and discounts are available to dealers?
All authorized dealers receive the same dealer pricing, with the following discounts available:
- 5% off prepaid orders.
- Additional 5% off orders over $15,000.
- Up to 10% total with both discounts combined.
Dealers can run their own in-store promotions, but online pricing must remain at MSRP. Online discounting is not permitted.
Are there minimum orders or sales requirements?
There are no stated minimum opening orders or annual sales targets. Orders over $15,000 qualify for an additional 5% discount, making larger orders an attractive option for stocking your showroom.
How do warranty claims, replacement parts, and service requests work?
For warranty claims or technical assistance, visit our Service Portal and open a support ticket. Our team will review your request and authorize a service call when appropriate.
Replacement parts can also be requested through the replacement parts form on our website.
How do I gain access to the Service Portal?
To access the Service Portal, simply contact Fred to have your account created. Once your account is ready, you’ll receive your login details and can start submitting and tracking support tickets.
Important: Please add our domain VectraFitness.net domain to your safe sender list to ensure you receive ticket updates, notifications, and replies without them ending up in your spam folder.
